At the core of each rotor is a proprietary high-carbon iron ring thats precision-machined for exceptional strength, heat resistance, and wear durability. The 72 curved internal vanes function as a centrifugal pump, drawing air through the center to dramatically improve heat dissipationperfect for repeated high-speed braking.

The aluminum rotor hats are CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet, anodized in black for corrosion resistance, and bolted to the ring using GiroDiscs floating hardware systemcomplete with cadmium-plated drive pins, Belleville washers, and spring clips. This setup allows for axial float to reduce thermal stress while maintaining noise-free operation on the street.
