EVP Badass Series Belts have been the industrys gold standard for the last seven years. They are what allowed us to make insane horsepower and keep high-horsepower dune or trail riding more fun. No one likes to change a belt (or two) per day, and the Badass Series Belts overcame the inherent issues with OEM and other aftermarket belts that failed to hold up under high horsepower.

However, EVP is never content to rest. So, we approached a belt manufacturer with the idea to make a CVT drive belt that was substantially more durable than the existing line of Badass belts. Enter Alpha Drive Belts.

MATERIALS & COMPOUNDS

Alpha Drive Belts durability comes from a newly blended, synthetic rubber, advanced cord technology, as well as precision machined belt face angles. The compound, materials and finish are the keys to durability. In total, we tested six different compounds although all were superior to anything else on the market, the one we selected stood out among the rest.
