The BladeRunner charge pipes are built from mandrel-bent aluminum tubing 2.5″ on the hot side and 2.75″ on the cold side finished in a wrinkle-black powder coat for heat and corrosion resistance. TIG-welded construction, premium 5-ply silicone couplers, and stainless spring-loaded T-bolt clamps ensure a leak-free fit that can withstand high boost pressure. Both hot and cold pipes include 1/8″ NPT ports, allowing for easy integration of sensors or water/meth injection.

At the heart of this system is the CNC-machined billet 6061-T6 aluminum turbo muffler delete, anodized in red for durability and style. By eliminating the restrictive factory turbo outlet, it increases airflow, sharpens throttle response, and enhances turbo acoustics. Depending on your setup, dyno testing has shown gains of up to +23 horsepower and +28 lb-ft of torque, along with a 34% flow increase.
