Evolution Powersports has released its lethal Polaris RZR 900 Programming. Huge horsepower gains have been realized through timing, fueling, torque limit modifications, rev limiters & speed limiters. The biggest performance barrier is the OEM programming limits throttle opening and therefore maximum power of this engine. We allow 100% throttle in addition to the other parameters listed to extract 15 Wheel Horsepower – with just programming on a stock vehicle! More power is available with an intake and/or exhaust! We also build additional safety into our tune by lowering the fan on temperature by 20 deg F. The OEM fan on temperature is is too high (well over 200 deg F). In addition the fan on/off temperatures can be set for each customer depending upon where they live and the conditions typically ridden in. Other great features are added and/or changed to enhance the drivability and fun factor of the vehicle.
Evolution Powersports has vast knowledge of the Polaris Bosch ECU from our work in the automotive world. We have brought this expertise to the SXS market to extract the most performance from the Polaris Pro Star 900 engine as possible. For vehicles with Turf Mode and/or ADC, these features are preserved. Please ship your ECU to our Somerset WI location or you may choose “With New Polaris ECU” checkbox. You can also have your ECUs programmed by one of our Flashing Dealers (see Dealers section for a list of dealers with flash capability)

• No need to run a “piggyback” fuel controller with our reflash for most bolt on mods (You are responsibe to make sure your mods are compatible with our programming – All EVO and most other aftermarket companies’ exhausts are compatible with our programming as well as all EVO intakes)
• Torque Limiters removed (“Shaft Saver delete”) for a much more responsive and fun vehicle
• Cooling fan on temperature is lowered by 20 Deg F, but can be set to whatever temperature the customer wants
• Vmax Raised (Speed Limiter Raised)
