We beefed up the pinion and snorkel gear set. Our bigger, stronger design makes it a whopping 2.5 times stronger than stock. Plus, they come paired with a 300M front output shaftthese gears are built to take a beating.
An Unstable 6 mm Pinion Bearing Retainer
Great gears dont mean a hill of beans if they cant stay meshed under heavy loads. Our thick 6 mm retainer rocks a six-bolt design that’s tough enough to keep your pinion and snorkel gears right where theyre supposed to be, no matter what.
A Case Thats Upgraded in All the Right Places
Our cast aluminum case is no pushover either. We added more material to the snorkel tube to strengthen the OEM weak spot. Plus, we added beefier fins and gussets for a more rigid and cool case because hot cases can flex and ruin gears.
Gets Rid of Turf Mode!
You dont want turf mode on your RZR S 1000, which is why our geared reverse transmission doesnt include it. Turf mode makes your whole transmission weaker whether its engaged or notremoving it is a huge upgrade.
Choose Your Gear Reduction
Choose a gear reduction and well build it right into your transmission. Pick from a stock, 12.5%, 25%, or 37.5% reduction to get the torque you needit’s up to you. A good gear reduction makes big tires feel lighter and returns power lost from heavy upgrades.
