We start with a 1-1/4 diameter aluminum tube frame, then we bolt a CNC brake-press bent door panel to it. The result is a lightweight door with built for battle strength. It wont weigh you down and it wont break your arm every time you open it. Itll stop the rocks and branches you encounter on the trail unlike your stock door nets that are designed to stop tennis balls. With a UV-resistant powder-coat finish, these doors will protect you ride after ride.
