Our lightweight flywheel is precision CNC machined from billet steel, which due to its natural strength means we can lighten the units to 6.15 kg compared to the original dual mass flywheel. The ring gear is also machined into the flywheel assembly. Designed for a 240mm clutch assembly, the clutch mounting height is identical to the standard OE unit to ensure that the clutch slave cylinder is not over extended and a standard or uprated clutch with a specifically designed sprung disc can be used successfully.
